What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy.

Can I make an exchange for a product?

No, we do not offer product exchanges, only returns and refunds.

You will then need to return the product and place a new order.

How much do I pay for my return?

The return shipping cost is your responsibility and depends on the courier used.

How do I register my return?

You can easily request your return in your user profile, you will find it by clicking here.

Can I return products from different orders in the same package?

Unfortunately it is not possible to return products from different orders in the same package.

How long does it take for my package to be returned to you?

It depends on the service you use to make the return.

With an express courier it will take about a week for your package to arrive at our warehouse.

How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

Once we have received your return and handled it at our warehouse, you will be refunded.

It will take up to 5 business days before you see your money in your account.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used when placing the order.
