Can I track my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse.



I received shipping confirmation, but there are no tracking updates. It's normal?

Just a heads up: It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show any updates.



Are there any import charges I need to take care of?

My package was damaged when I received it, what should I do?

Take photos of the package, check if anything is missing and contact our Customer Service using the form and we will help you.

If you refuse your package or do not collect it within the indicated time, it will automatically be returned to us.
